Refund Policy

At Smart Voltage Solution Limited, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality electrical and smart home services.
This Refund Policy outlines when clients may be entitled to a refund and the conditions that apply.

1. Services Covered

This policy applies to all services provided by Smart Voltage Solution Limited, including (but not limited to):

  • Electrical testing and inspection

  • Smart home and automation installations

  • Design and consultancy

  • Maintenance and repair services

2. Deposits and Payments

  • Some projects may require an upfront deposit to secure materials or labour.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

  • Full payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice or quotation.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a booked service:

  • 48 hours’ notice must be given for standard bookings.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge to cover time and scheduling costs.

  • For larger projects (e.g. installations or design work), cancellation terms will be outlined in your written quotation or contract.

4. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • The service has not yet started, and no materials or costs have been incurred.

  • An error or overpayment occurred due to a billing or administrative issue.

  • Smart Voltage Solution Limited cancelled work due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Work has already been completed according to the agreed scope.

  • Materials or equipment have been purchased specifically for your project.

  • The issue arises from factors outside of our control (e.g. access restrictions, third-party faults).

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email office@smartvoltagesolution.co.uk with:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • Invoice or quotation reference

  • Reason for refund request

Each request will be reviewed within 10 business days, and you’ll be notified of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

6. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, please contact us directly to resolve the matter amicably.
If we cannot reach an agreement, the issue may be referred to an independent arbitration or small claims procedure under UK law.
